Pedestrian access to the surgery is from Bondgate via a pasageway to the main Reception entrance at the rear of the building, or from the car park.
Parking
There is parking for patients at the rear of the surgery. Access is from Four Riggs. Please note that there is no entry to Four Riggs from Bondgate: access is via Greenbank Road and Gladstone Street, or St Augustines's Way and Archer Street. If the car park is full, there are several public car parks in the near vicinity, including one in Archer Street, just off Four Riggs near the surgery entrance.
Vehicles are parked on surgery premises at the owner's risk and the Practice cannot accept liability for accidental damage.
Disabled Access
There are reserved parking spaces for people with mobility difficulties in the rear car park. Access for people in wheelchairs is via a ramp from the car park to the main entrance. The Practice can provide wheelchairs for patients visiting the surgery if required.
Inside the surgery, facilities are designed for ease of access for people with mobility difficulties, or hearing or visual impairment. There is a lift and toilet facilities are designed for wheelchair access. If you have any concerns, or require special assistance, please contact Reception.
Private interview room
There is an interview room adjacent to the main reception area. Please ask the Receptionist if you wish to discuss something in private.
Mother and baby
There are baby changing facilities in the toilets and nursing mothers are welcome.
Prams, etc, may be parked in a designated area in the ground floor waiting area.
Close Circuit TV (CCTV)
The car park and various parts of the premises are monitored by CCTV for security purposes. Cameras are only installed in public areas such as corridors and waiting rooms, not in any of the consulting or treatment room (except as described in the following paragraph). CCTV recordings are retained for a short period in case of security incidents.
Video/Audio Recording
We do not record consultations on video or audio tapes without the patients permission. There may be occasions when we wish to record a consultation or examination for training purposes. If it is planned to use recording equipment, you will be asked if you agree to this before the consultation begins and will be invited to sign a declaration to that effect. You are perfectly entitled to refuse at any stage. If you agree, the recording will only be used for the purpose described. We regret that copies of recordings can not be made available to patients.
