I registered successfully, but now I can't log in

Are you using the right personal password? This is the one you entered when you first registered.
I have forgotten my personal password
You will need to re-register. Contact the surgery and ask for a new PIN. Use the new PIN with all the other details on your original registration form to re-register and create a new personal password. If you have lost the registration form, please also ask the surgery for a new form.
The prescription module does not list all my prescriptions
The prescription module only lists those prescriptions that have been authorised for repeat issue. You may be receiving some medication regularly, but if it is not authorised as a 'repeat' it will not appear on the list. If you feel it should be, ask Reception to ask your doctor to authorise it for repeat issue (this is at your doctor's sole discretion, as some medication can not be issued on repeat, even if taken regularly).
Please note that you can add a note to your repeat prescription request if you require other medication that is not listed.
