Comments, Suggestions and Complaints

Our aim is to provide you with comprehensive, high quality general medical care. We are always trying to improve our services; if you have any comments or suggestions, we would be happy to hear from you. We have a Practice Complaints Policy.

If you feel that any aspect of our service has been less than adequate, we would invite you to discuss this with our Practice Manager. Please put your complaint in writing to the Practice Manager, Jayne Turner.

We have a practice complaints procedure. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur. Please note that we have to respect our duty of confidentiality to our patients and a patient’s consent will be necessary if a complaint is made by someone other than the patient, except in the case of children under the age of 16.

Any feedback, whether good or bad is welcomed, as it helps us to improve the service that we offer.
